Big Bend National Park is one of the most amazing places not only in Texas, but in the United States. This image from the South Rim of Big Bend shows the Milky Way as it rolls across the heavens on a clear night. In the distance are the ancient Chisos Mountains, and further out is the Rio Grande and Mexico.
