Looking to the west, this is the sun setting over bluebonnets at Turkey Bend. As Texas's most popular wildflower, bluebonnets were difficult to find in the Spring of 2014. A lack of rains left much of the central Texas area and Texas Hill Country lacking much color.

Welcome to my site featuring photographs from Texas, Colorado, and other parts of the world, including a gallery from Iceland shot over two summers.
